Craymanor Limited are delighted to have completed a major refurbishment project for our clients in Eltham, SE9.
This project involved the complete refurbishment of the existing Victorian mid-terraced property including for a loft conversion with a unique zinc clad dormer together with a single storey extension to the kitchen which linked to a new structural glass building.
Craymanor worked very closely alongside our client’s Architect, Graham Norman to achieve a truly stunning home for our customers.
The work also included for new high performance electrical and plumbing systems including a multi panel electric skylight in the newly converted loft.
As explained to our clients with all developments of this type there are always going to be elements of work that require further investigation and which will fall outside the general scope of works, for example cess pits, water mains and drainage etc. and we hope to work together with our clients and local authority to achieve building regulation approval and to enable our clients to then start renovating their home.
