We’re often entrusted by corporate clients and local authorities to carry out construction and refurbishment works on commercial and public buildings.
Our status as a Chartered Building Company means we’re able to tender for work either in competitive tenders or negotiated tenders whereby we’ve worked with a client over a long period of time.
We’ve worked on projects with a value of hundreds of thousands of pounds, some of which have taken nearly a year to complete and have lead to us working with various specialist trades.

We contacted Craymanor to discuss an extension we were considering to our property; from the offset they were courteous, professional, sympathetic to our requirements and very knowledgeable.
In addition to the initial consultations and design, Craymanor also handled the various planning aspects of the project, making it a logical step after permission was granted to engage them to carry out the actual building works.
We were pleased to note that the same level of commitment shown at design stage was carried forward to the building works, with their site team proving reliable, polite and knowledgeable throughout.
During construction we both added to and changed the design significantly, all of which was sympathetically incorporated into the original house together with the new extension and never once got the impression from that that we were being overzealous with our demands.
Craymanor’s ‘can do’ attitude was evident at all levels of the company and since our original works, have subsequently commissioned them on further works including the design and construction of a 6-bay garage.
