This is a fantastic single storey extension in which we were pleased to be involved with the design concept right the way through to the construction and enabled the client to achieve a fantastic and stunning enlargement of their kitchen together with the creation of a small utility room and improvement to the aesthetic appearance of the existing garage by continuing the pitched roof from the extension over the garage itself.

The work included for the personal design of a hand made kitchen together with insulating and specialist tiling undertaken by Craymanor Limited of the kitchen floor with a travertine natural stone tile. The work also included for the wholesale re-rendering of the existing property and generally speaking the project provides an exceptional improvement to this existing four bedroom family home.

This four bedroom semi-detached is now truly an excellent example of how home improvements can only increase the value of the property but increase its day to day usability offering exceptional value for money.
