The planning process is constantly evolving to meet the needs of the local community and the environment. We keep a constant eye on changes to the planning system and at any one time we here at Craymanor have many projects in the planning system. We have been doing this for over 30 years and are held in high regard at the local Planning authorities. We have a success rate in obtaining Planning permission for over 98% of our designs and we work closely with all our clients and the local planning authorities to achieve this exceptional success rate. We are known for producing clear and excellent quality accurate drawings.
At every stage of the design process we keep our clients informed and prioritise client approval before ever proceeding to a planning application. We will push the boundaries and think outside the box to make sure that we maximise not only approval of the design but to ensure in doing so we offer excellent value for money.
Our staff know the planning process inside out and our clients will never be expected to liaise or deal with the Planning office or local authorities. We will complete the design and all of the administration processes in house for free and nurse them carefully through the system until a determination is given.
All our designs are bespoke to clients requirements and are carried out in-house by our own design team led by our Senior Surveyor and Architectural Consultant. All our drawings are CAD, but we also still offer where appropriate, typically with when seeking local planning office pre application consent, drawings by hand, “the old way”.
We also provide life-like Computer Generated Images (CGIs) which are a fantastic way to show the planning officers and planning committees what a design will look like when finished.
