The work here included for Craymanor Limited to design and build a single storey side extension to this detached bungalow which enabled the creation of a new master bedroom, ensuite and new main bathroom.

It was important to both us and our clients that on completion the extension sat comfortably in the context of the existing home and now completed, the clients are absolutely delighted with not only the internal accommodation but the overall impact of the extension which due to Craymanor Limited’s specialist expertise in design, compliments the existing bungalow and offers an extremely attractive home.

The scheme compliments the existing property in terms of both colour, texture and design together with matching windows, and minor details such as specialised ogee guttering all of which leads to a project that not only was completed on time, but offers excellent value for money.
