This is a fantastic project undertaken by Craymanor Limited creating what was previously a kitchen room and lounge area into this now stunning architecturally designed kitchen/breakfast room area complete with full width concertina doors opening up onto the swimming pool area.

Craymanor Limited submitted the most competitive quotation against four other contractors and were instrumental in assisting with design solutions to overcome considerable and difficult construction techniques to create a split level living area.

Now completed, the project provides a fantastic kitchen/breakfast room to this already substantial house, significantly increasing its saleability and value and offering exceptional value for money.
