This stunning Edwardian conservatory was constructed for clients who we have worked for on several occasions including a loft conversion and a two-storey side extension and single storey rear extension, shown top right.

Our clients wanted a conservatory but were unsure how to go about it or how to create an area that would be in keeping with the existing property and our design team came up with this bespoke solution, which now offers a fantastic living areas to the client’s home.

The conservatory itself is constructed in UPVC, double glazed with energy efficient glazing complete with triple glazing to the polycarbonate roof. The lower walls are cavity filled with stock brickwork to the outer leaf and block work and plastering to the inside of the conservatory. The floor is insulated concrete and because of the high standard of construction this means the client can use this conservatory not only in the summer months, but also throughout the winter.

To complete the conservatory heating and air conditioning were installed and the floors were finished in high quality laminate flooring.
