Craymanor Limited were delighted to be involved with a local architect in constructing this architecturally designed two-storey side and single storey rear extension enabling the creation of an integral garage, sun room and enlarged lounge at ground floor level together with a magnificent master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom.

The extent of works also included a visit to Germany with our customer to view windows being specially made by a German bespoke window manufacturer and involve the wholesale refurbishment of the existing property both inside and out enabling an up to date modern property to be created complete with under floor heating throughout.

We expect to be working with our clients again to install a landscaped parking and front garden area having already completed an Indian Sandstone patio together with bespoke glass hand railing to the new rear raised patio.

As a unique feature to this property a two storey cabin lift was installed taking the customer from ground floor to first floor level offering a fantastic facility to this now large detached property.
