Craymanor Limited are always delighted to hear from clients whom we have carried works out for the past who wish to use our services again.
Our clients in Otford, have requested we return to carry out additional home improvements following extension works carried out some years ago enabling the enlargement of their kitchen.
External refurbishment works include the removal of tile hanging to the rear elevation and for the area to be clad in a Cape Cod finished timber cladding. Fascias and soffits to be repaired and redecorated and windows to the first floor replaced with new aluminium windows.
Internal works provide for a cathedral style ceiling to be provided to the master bedroom together with the creation of a dressing room together with wholesale refurbishment to the en suite together with the installation of under floor heating to this area.
Craymanor very much look forward to working with our clients again and works are due to start early Summer this year.
